Returns & Exchanges

General Terms

We accept returns only for exchanges or store credit; monetary refunds are not available.

Returns and exchanges are eligible for new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.

Please do not return items to the shipping label address on your package, as this is not our designated return address. Packages sent there will be destroyed, and credits cannot be issued.

To ensure a smooth return or exchange, please contact us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Although return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, Margarite Bloom offers a small store credit to ease the return process.

Exchanges

  • Each item may be exchanged once.

  • Exchanges can be made for items of equal value.

  • If the replacement item is more expensive, the price difference will be invoiced.

  • If the replacement item is less expensive, the difference will be issued as store credit.

  • Items exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, with original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Orders paid fully or partially with store credit from previous returns

Return Process

  1. Email us at care@margaritebloom.com with the subject line:
    “Return Request: (Your Order Number)”

  2. Include details of the item(s) you wish to return and your reason.

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide the correct return warehouse address and instructions.

  4. Send the item(s) back and provide the tracking number. (We cannot process exchanges or store credit without proof of shipment.)

  5. Once your return is received and verified, we will issue store credit or process your exchange.

Store Credit Policy

  • Monetary refunds are not available.

  • All eligible returns are issued as store credit or exchanges.

  • Store credit will reflect the full value of returned items (shipping fees excluded).

Other Considerations


The following are not considered quality defects:

Minor loose threads, unfinished edges, texture variations, or color differences due to screen displays.
Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference.
Damage caused by wear, washing, improper care, self-repair, alterations, or other human factors.
Returns due to sizing issues—please consult our sizing chart before ordering.
Slight design or measurement variations may occur between items of the same size. Please refer to actual dimensions.
